STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION RELATED TO QUALITY OF UNDERGRADUATE LEVEL TOURIST GUIDANCE EDUCATION

This study aims to measure the quality of tourist guidance education at undergraduate level according opinions students. The Tourist Guidance Education Quality Scale was applied 916 students from nine universities, selected through multi-stage cluster sampling method. In data analysis, independent samples t-test, one-factor analysis variance, Tukey test, and descriptive were used. reveals that students' perceptions on program teaching quality, management support services, environment, outcomes, general moderate, their academic staff's good. gender, grade, success guide candidates did not show a significant difference quality. addition, it revealed candidates' accommodation, career preferences, ages had in research is expected serve practices education.
